Okay, that's fair. The XXX is a great amp, especially for the money - I'm just having trouble thinking of any 2000$ amp I would take it over that isn't a boogie or a modern Marshall.

I didn't say that I would take it over them. Let's put it this way. If I showed up to a gig and it had a backline that consisted of a XXX and a (insert any other amp here) and the other guitarist wanted to play the other amp, I would have no problem playing the XXX.
