blues traveler stands up to play his own original music, he doesn't sit down in a cover band
I agree with the cover point. But being that large is an easy target and kind of not cool to pile o- I am sure he is aware. Not to mention he sings better than 99% of the people I have played with lol so I would deal with him not having a model look.

Being that large is literally a death sentence, man. It's not making fun of someone for something they can't control. It's like shooting heroin on stage. Blues Traveler was like 320 pounds. This dude is like 600. That isnt "not having a model look" that's going out and playing gigs with someone playing russian roulette.

That's a huge ass difference, pun intended.

Yeah. This isnt a shitfest on fat people. Matt anderson is one of my favorite guitarist/singers. But he had a voice. And the BS with them not showing blues traveller is ridiculous.

But this whale on a stool cant sing. If that is acceptable vocals, i should join a band as a vocalist. I would be famous

Here is matt anderson

Well this Matt Anderson is obviously ridiculous in talent.

Yeah man "Feel the Darkness" is probably my favorite punk record of all time (great guitar tone too!) and everyone in Poison Idea, together probably weighed 4300 pounds

"This isnt a shitfest on fat people" Yes, that is exactly what all this is.

Would you try to make fun of someone shooting heroin, or playing Russian roulette ?

If he was doing it on stage? Yep

You ever see a really fat person afflicted with chronic diarrhea? Now that’s a shitfest. So much so that you could almost sell tickets to it.

ok now you all having me googling "fattest people in rock"
J Popper was 436 lbs at one point and sat down on a lot of live shows, including an entire show with Phish where he hid underneath the stage.

Un-fuckin-believable

Of all the things for RT members to have a "I'm deeply offended by this" about

"600 pound Jabba the hutt looking boomer caricature in a silent stage cover band where he literally cannot even be assed to stand or even wear real pants while performing" was 100% not on my bingo card

I guess that that's the line in the sand is probably a confession
