Hard to find info on switchers like RJM PBC10 etc that have an always on tuner out

Many switchers have a tuner out but they don’t say if signal is always active or not

Anyone know if any switchers that support this?

By always on, do you mean not having to step on a footswitch to activate? I have the PBC/6X and input 2 can be configured as a second full frequency output. I've used it to split my signal and it would work fine for a tuner, no activation via switch needed.

Yep that’s what I mean. Thanks for the info!

yup ..... my ES-8 ....... one of the best pieces of gear I've ever bought
It's showing its age in a few ways, particularly in the total absence of USB (relying on USB over MIDI), but it is basically every feature you could want from a switcher like this. Dual ins and outs, nine loops including two stereo, per preset loop order, parallel chains, expression/footswitch control, amp channel switching, tuner out.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I wish Boss would make a rack version.

It definitely needs a refresh in the USB connectivity area

I use the tuner out on the ES-8 to go to the side chain / key of a noise gate > tuner.

Almost exactly what I do, but then go from the tuner to the side chain of a dbx160 compressor and use the tuner mute to control the compressor. Mute = compressor off. Saves me from using a loop for the comp. Gates work so much better when keyed directly from the guitar, IMO
