Lol do you post just to post? Lol I know for a fact you're tone deaf if you think an ESP ltd doesn't sound thin. As I've owned a few and wouldn't use them for firewood. Lol and no one cares about your collection of crap amps lol and why you post and then say you've never played a krank is retarded. I would also assume you sit and practice vixen on the edge of a broken heart. Lol I just wanted to post on here once cuz everyone bashes krank. So that's all for now.

WTF is Levi talking about, or even to?

I never bashed Krank amps in this thread, I only defended the 20th Shiva. I made ZERO comments about ESP or LTD guitars.

Reading comprehension....... is lacking.

All bickering aside...

I have never played one but a band we play with often has a Stein in the mix and I wad very impressed.

They are more of an open chord rock/metal band vs deathmetal but it sounded very nice.

The thread is about anyone here actually use krank amps. Defending 20th shiva? I have reading comprehension? Lol LOL... "I've owned American PRS, Gibson, and Fenders... and for my money the two ESPs and one Ltd (Gus G), not to mention the hoard of Ltds that I've owned in the past sounded every bit as good for hard rock and metal. As long as good pickups are used, the tone comes MUCH more from the amp than it does the guitar in these styles of music." is dementia kicking in? I play 80s USA bc rich st3 with a custom custom(not too happy with that pup) but will prolly switch to Duncan blackouts in that guitar. a gunslinger with an Ahb-1 with the 18volt mod, and the rest are charvel san dimas with Duncan Distortions and alnico pros in the neck, and one with emg 81 & 60 with a 18v mod and then one with all singles jb jr bridge, quarter pounder mid, and hot rails neck. Anyone of those guitars will beat any Gibson, fender,ESP, ltd or prs. Any day all day. And the krank rev1 is by far the best deal on eBay period. They are built tough and sound amazing. You just have to learn how to choke the volume and retain the tone. Which I have. I should YouTube it sometime. I do admit the sound takes someone that knows about amps and guitars to get it to sound right. It's not going to be a bedroom amp without a little help. But with that said me getting rid of my 5150 at best was an "ok" amp with no clean signal since it is a shared eq was the best thing I could have done. Sorry if I came off a bit harsh but it's annoying to see people bash something that it's clear to me that they have no clue about to dial an amp in. That's all I really have to say.

Apparently it is. Scroll up. It was user 'Red_label' that typed that post, not me. :loco:

Plus, I defended the Bogner Shiva 20th because of the following comment posted above by user 'TeleBlaster':

To clarify, the Shiva has nice cleans and probably the best reverb I've ever heard.

Spent about an hour with it at volume, the dirt channel absolutely sucks with or without pedals in front.

Now, let's get back to your ramblings.....

So wait a minute. Now are you saying that no one in this thread other than yourself knows about guitars and how to dial in an amp? And you think you're only coming off as being "a bit harsh"?

Welcome to the forum.

Someone doesn't mean everyone in this thread lol you're right you win I lose! Lol you're cooler than me and your amps and guitars are way better! Now I need to get back to a thing called life. Last post here have fun wasting away on this forum nonsense. Lol

Fellow brother Krank owners. UNITE, CONQUER.

Since I have a Nineteen80 and RevPro Junior [20 watt version],I guess that I must plead guilty as charged.

Krank amps just simply were not very good... Their sound was characterized by a very dry OD channel, with a totally unfocused bottom end. Krank cleans were descent but lacked head room as well. These thing are all part of the reason why the company is no longer in business and their stuff is worth a quarter of what it originally cost.

You resurrected a 3 year old thread to bash a company that's been out of business for quite awhile now. WHO...THE HELL...CARES?!?!

I have not played many Krank amps but I really like calling the Chadwick the ChoadLick.
