That's what I'm thinking too but I have not A-B'ed a YouTube clip to a actual high quality .wav file for tone matching.

Just to hijack this thread further into a Demanufacture thread..

Check the album Remanufacture, which has all those really bad techno remixes of songs from Demanufacture. I think there is a song on there with the Self Bias Resistor riff isolated for a fairly long time.

I've been chasing that tone for years. I'll echo what others here said. No modern high gain amp has that tone.

If someone can "tone match" Dino's tone, I'll be saving for the AF2 for sure.


I think a home studio with a Kemper, AF2, & a few real world amps could be AMAZING!!!

If I were Dino I would buy an Afx2 and do a tonematch off of one of the the original master guitar tracks on Demanufacture.
