For all Canadian customers, please contact us www.diffusion-audio.com (450)-227-3818. The factory Diezel warranty policies apply for all units purchased through an authorized Canadian dealer, for all others, we'll do our best to accommodate.

We also have units for backline and studio sessions available from Coll Audio and Boutique Tone.

As a newcomer to the Diezel family, might I suggest the great guys at Shroeder Guitar Repair in Chicago if Peter needs any help with US Servicing? They're affiliated with Maken' Music, I believe, and they are wonderful, knowledgeable people.

Peter...Mike over at 65 amps in Los Angeles? (I'm pretty sure he knows the Diezel products pretty well). I know he's a busy guy, but he might consider the business...Just a thought.

I'll second that. Mike is an incredible amp tech and did fantastic work on my VH4. He's a cool guy as well.

Hi pstar, you are welcome to contact Adam at Coll Audio in Scarborough www.collaudio.com

I did speak with Peter and confirm that the warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser in the country where the authorized dealer is located.

thanks,

Andy www.diffusion-audio.com

Any skilled tech is welcome and will get
my full assistance.

Unfortunately there are lot of amps out
with bad service making customers not
happy.

Last week I got 2 Herberts from Sweden.
Both were "serviced" several times with
"unknown" issues and it takes 10 minutes
on every amp to get an good sounding
reliable amp out of it. To resend and to do
the paperwork is more time consumpting.

We are talking about simple tube amp
technologie, not redesign the big bang.

Papa my friend, as I have offered before I am happy to invest the time and commitment to develop a Diezel USA distribution brand the right way and also offer a trouble free warranty station. I have a home in LA now and could set everything up in the Hollywood area and staff it.

I know you guys like to stick with your German countryman after the Terry Hicks disappointment, but I could offer a honest win/win solution.

Please speak with Uncle and talk to me at NAMM if you want to explore the possibility.

If not no worries and I will do anything to help you guys anyway I can, you guys are like family to me.

Wow, what difference does it make, its a new diezel amp (i think it is number 29 ? ), very low useage. So if I'm on tour in another country and I have issues than there is no warranty because am in a different country ? Its a few months old ! come on, the amp does not know what part of the world it is in, and it makes no difference and no sense.
A few months old !

This is unacceptable !

Where did You buy the amp ?

I always support the customers, dealers and distributors
but I´m not responsible for their business law. I hope
it´s acceptable for You that I do US support every night
and send parts for free every week.

I will do just that Papa.

Amp was bought from original owner ( in michigan) and believe it was ordered from brad king. I reside in Ontario canada. Amp serial #29.

So I can provide You with original parts.
In most cases we don´t discuss about
warranty for second hand user on a
new amp but as I said I have no big
influence on the US dealers when it comes
to warranty repairs.

Btw, what´s wrong with Your amp ?

Thanks,
Peter

Most manufacturers warranty their products to the original owner only, part of the difference buying of new from an authorized dealer or buying used from an individual.

In channels 3&4, in high gain settings u pick a lead line u hear the pick attack and not the timbre, than the timbre tone is heard and oscillation of the timbre occurs if u hold/sustain note.

First step would be to unplug the amp,
check the preamp tubes and tighten
the clambs in the preamp sockets a bit.

Did You check also an other guitar ? ... just
to be safe.

If You have a record please send it to
