Sorry ... don´t want to sound like a drama queen :D

Are you kidding me?? The very last thing I expected to see here when I joined rig-talk was to see THE man himself dedicating his time to help people out.. Freely, just for the sake of helping. And I hope seasoned R-Ters aren't getting complacent to the whole idea. That'd be a real shame.

I didn't even believe it was really you at first. Honestly, I was shocked. I've just been a bit awestruck to say howdy till now.

Peter...Mike over at 65 amps in Los Angeles? (I'm pretty sure he knows the Diezel products pretty well). I know he's a busy guy, but he might consider the business...Just a thought.
Mike was the main US Diezel service guy during the Salwender era,
always did good work on my amps.

I am removing myself from this forum and will not subject myself to any negative comments made by Diezel or it's representatives, after having spent an entire year at their beck & call, I must now move forward .

Jens Kruse

Not my business but that's kind of a douchebag statement right there.

My 2 cents this should have never been made a thread. I'm sure Mr. D doesn't need this crap floating around. Although I guess its good, maybe someone here will jump on board.

I just really think you all should leave it alone.

And to the guy that said buying a second hand amp that crapped out is unacceptable. WOW are you serious guy?

Maybe it was already screwed and that's why the guy sold it. You should know by now how general manufacturer warranties work. And expect to talk to Mr. D like that . Shame on you.

With all due respect and sincerity; amp is a couple months old and not toured with, harcly played. The unacceptable comment was in regards to The frustration of no responses to emails and wanting it in my rack and having issues. The comment was in no disrespect to diezel, am sure alot of worst choice words have been heard by manufacturers. I just want it looked at and taken care of. Again a few months old. Put yourself in my shoes. You would expect a high quality amp to work properly for more than a few months. Am in a pro touring band and need to have dependable gear. My heart was set on having this baby in my rack. As I am searching for a good tech/service center in my province/state.The search has been frustrating and become country wide.

Hi Peter,
Not here to complain at all. (just a little)
I sent you a email regarding who/where to buy 12AX7's and protectors for my Einstein almost a month ago.
I know you are busy, but I never got a reply.
Also Jens telling me a valve going bad had nothing to do with my "Texas" and "Mega" being dead was ; just sad and disheartening.
For two weeks I was in the dark until another Einstein owner chimed in and told me it was V1.
I love this amp, but ???????????????????

I guess I misread. And just felt bad for Peter I guess, him having to defend himself on a forum. I do understand where you are coming from and I would be pissed as well. So fwiw I apologize and did not know the context.

Sorry

Hey, am sorry you misunderstood the situation/Posts (previous posts). Am confident this will get iron out.
Thank you.

PSTAR,

did Peter Stapfer sent You an email ?

Thanks,
Peter

I started this thread because Mr. Kruse informed some of us that he would no longer be able to offer tech support for Diezel amps.

I did not know any history at the time. Information for sharing - not for starting arguments.

Mr. Kruse was very helpful to me and took it personally when there was a concern with a Diezel product.

This post was never meant to show any disrespect to Mr. Diezel. I am proud to use his outstanding amps, and he has personally helped me out. He stands behind his work and does so in a courteous and professional manner.

He is called "Papa" for a reason!
