so the footswitch on my d-moll died, i emailed peter he said send it back then kept me totally updated as to when it arrived what was wrong and what was happening, within a week i had it back fixed with 3 new switches, and peter is onto the switch makers having a go about it !!

buy a diezel and you get the best after sales service !!!

Have to second this....
Bought a New Herbert from a music store out of state. Shipped to me....got it...
the "Fuse holders" in back of the amp were broken. I emailed Peter where to get replacement parts.
He simply said "Give me your address" :thumbsup:
within a few days....had the parts in my hand...all the way from Germany to Michigan!
I still owe him a bottle of Whiskey. :D

Coming back home soon Pops......VH4....so close..I can smell the tubes burning. :yes:
