It sure does. The added toggle for clipping works great and allows you to use even less from the pedal. Very quiet pedal. I run mine with the level at half and gain at 25% or even less with the toggle in the right position. It adds clarity and the mids are not harsh at all. I have had many and this one is my favorite bar none. I recommended it to another member and he loved it.hammered":1tv79bo7 said:I`m seeing a lot of love for the Cusack Screamer and I`m guessing it`s in the Tube Screamer family ? I use my ODs as a clean boos with the volume up and rarely add any gain from the pedal. Does the Cusack tighten up the bass and add a little saturation when used as a clean boost?

I use the Cussack, Timmy, and KTR but the Cussack is used most. I have had many including the Koko. I like the Timmy better, although the Koko is good.Cannot beat this price for new.

I keep the bass low on mine.AndyK":1uxffx1c said:The Timmy sounded flubby in front of my crunchy JMP. I just bought a Brown Sugah pedal from the classified section. Will let you know how it does.
I just want a pedal that adds a bit of tight gain, yet doesn't suck the low end out.
