Best way to weather an ice storm

We’ve been “downgraded” from 1.5-2 feet of snow to 1-1.5 feet LOL. But we’re used to that in western NY. I feel bad for those in the southern states getting ice and abnormal cold temps. It can be truly devastating and dangerous. Stay safe inside and make some recordings of your music.

No power loss here either, barely even any ice except on Monday, but some of the sissy grocery stores pre-emptively closed early on Sat.

Fortunately, the nearest liquor store was still open.

We’re in SC, thankfully it wasn’t too bad.

We did a big property cleanup after Helene; removed all the pines that were close to the houses & driveway & had the power lines moved underground.

Still had some fallen trees around the yard, but they didn’t hit anything. Stuck in the house with no power for a day or two, but we planned for that.
