I don't. I brought up the example of white 'liberals' telling blacks they are self-hating if they vote conservative because Floyd said Jews that are critical of Israel are self-hating.

That was an initial assessment. If you read the rest of the article HRW demanded an independent investigation (implying they didn’t trust Israel’s evidence), highlighted witness accounts of Israeli strikes and noted Israel’s other attacks on hospitals.
 
As of July 2024, no hospital in Gaza remains unscathed by Israeli military actions, including Al Ahli, EVEN IF you don't count the strike we're debating, as it had previously been struck by Israel.

Some officials are even saying the quiet part out loud, although they do try to tone it down or obfuscate for western audiences and legal reasons.

Yoav Gallant called Palestinians in Gaza "human animals" and imposed a total siege, saying "We are fighting human animals, and we act accordingly… No electricity, no food, no water, no fuel – everything is closed." (October 2023)

Knesset Member Ariel Kallner called for a "second Nakba" saying "Right now, one goal: Nakba! A Nakba that will overshadow the Nakba of 1948." (Also October 2023). For those that don't know, Nakba means 'the catastrophe' and refers to the ethnic cleansing of 750,000 Palestinians in 1948.
