Yeti is more "Marshall," and the KK is a bit tighter and smoother, more saturated, and more modern. They are different enough that I wouldn't be opposed to owning both at the same time (if I had unlimited cash).
IMO, the KK is not a two-channel Yeti, but I haven't reviewed schematics side-by-side.
Some concessions must be made because the KK is dual channel and has a few additional features. But the Meat & Potatoes part of the circuits appear identical. You can always email Nik @ Ceriatone and ask. He will give the details.
Both the Yeti and KK have the same lead channel for all intents and purposes:
1uF/3K cathode bypass in the first two stages
1uF/820R in the third stage
390K V1a plate load
500-560pF/47K tone stack
470K/500-560pF treble peaking circuit with "pussy trimmer" variable pot in place of the typical 470K to ground
39K/8ohm NFB with the same presence/depth circuits
Same diode clipper
Same bright and mid boost caps on the switches
Same PI topology (.1uF output caps, 120/150/220K gird leaks depending on 50 watt or 100 watt
0.022uF couplers everywhere else except for one half of V1 which has 0.0022uF
