I'm not defending them. It's simply a fact that they have never attacked the US outside of retaliation for, as an example, murdering General Qasem Soleimani in a diplomacy ruse.

So the rest of the world sees that the US has no honor and can't be trusted. They also murdered the most recent set of negotiators.

Sorry but I dislike this line of thinking. You cannot praise diversity but basically be for something that would effectively extinguish the diversity of humanity. You may think borders are arbitrary, but within the borders of each country you have varying degrees of genetics, language, culture, cuisine, etc.

I could be wrong of course (odds are, I am), but I don't see how eliminating nation states would extinguish diversity. If we use modern open societies as an example, within nations like the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, we have thriving diverse cultures within those nations in each case. I mean in NYC alone you probably have cuisine from almost every region on earth. But, like I said, I humbly admit I don't have all the answers. I'm only a couch.

The way I see it, nations are just the latest iteration of tribalism. It's a way to have an in group and an out group. We care about these people in here, but fuck those people out there. It's paleolithic thinking that we can't afford to continue in a global society without killing each other. I mean look, If Floyd Eye and me can figure out a way to get along, surely nothing is impossible.
