Up your customs and border force and stop putting it all on them.

How much drugs passes from the US to Canada? I bet heaps more. I'd love to know those statistics.
Canada has around 8500 front line border agents for the entire country. The US has 20k border patrol agents, we are just asking for a match. That should help both countries I would think? :dunno:

More drugs of any description (not necessarily Fentanyl) would pass from the US to Canada due to the saturation of drugs in the US from Mexico. That's my bet.
By your own logic, Canada needs to up their customs and border force and stop putting it all on us.

We need to get ole Thumbpicker over here so he can ethnically cleanse our borders of fentanyl.

What's their population and what's yours.

Per capita you aren't pulling your weight are you.

Plus you have two borders they only have one. So they have more than you have. Most of yours would be busy down near Mexico.

realistically, it probably only involves creating a few thousand additional jobs, they won't need to add 10k agents.
Do it yourself. You have 10000 USAID employees available haha

43lbs of fentanyl is enough to kill over 10 million people. 2mg is considered a lethal dose.
Yup; that was my point earlier.

Canada's 1 or 2% of the Mexican influx, used as an argument that it doesn't really matter, doesn't exactly work when it comes to the lethality / potency of that shit.

I have some good friends, and some of them aren't local, they are guys I met on these forums. All of us know someone, or had a family member taken without knowing they were using fentanyl. It's a hideous drug.

Fine let them and you do that. Bugger the tariffs off.
I've already explained the main purpose of tariffs in several threads with no one being able to refute it. The last one was using a real world example with contractors. So I'm not going over it again. I'll add this that is specific to your argument of the US being a "bully." Tariffs have nothing to do with bullying. The have everything to do with rectifying a situation in which the other side didn't hold up their end of the bargain.

Let's see the figures of how much illegal drugs go the other way - not just fentanyl.

Until recently way more weed came down here from Canada than the other way around.

I think it's safe to say not many Americans are smuggling drugs into Canada. You sure act like you know a lot of shit about a place you've never been to.

I know you have a much larger population and a lot of drugs flow in via Mexico and South America. Things flow from high pressure to low pressure just like the weather. So it’s going to flow through to Canada isn’t it. It’s not going to always go by sea.

Cocaine, MDMA, Meth and Steroids. Those are the drugs Canada has that the US is one of the main transit routes. Fentanyl and opioids mostly come from overseas.

That was my point. The US is just as guilty - just regarding other drugs… so glass houses isn’t it.

Are you guys that dense that you don't realize Canada has one country it borders...the US....where the US has TWO countries it has borders with...Canada and Mexico.

Makes sense the US would need twice the border guards seeing as UT has two borders!!!
