cancelling order advice

One or two emails should have been enough. If it was going to be longer they could have emailed me every couple weeks with a "hey we are backed up and havent even started on it" email and that would have been fine. I work from 6am to 3pm on the east coast in a lab where we cant use phones and I cant really take my eyes off a chemical reaction just to walk out and call the U.K.

At any rate I got my tracking number Friday and they compromised enough that Im ok with it. Still I really would love a Zilla Fatboy but Im not going to be buying anything directly from them again.

I totally understand the current pandemic is affecting everything but this is kind of extreme. I would cancel

Its not the plandemic it`s the 600 on top of unemployment which is about be over.
