Cannot register a D20 or use torpedo remote V5 as a guest

Hello, I bought a used D20 and when I try to register it I get a message this D20 is still registered to an other account. I am asked if I want to register it in my my account and when I say yes I get a message the D20 could not be registered because of a server error. Then if I want to use it as a guest Torpedo remote try to load user Bank 3 and after 30 seconds the software do not respond anymore.

Hello @fatherjacques can you please submit a ticket on the Two notes helpdesk (support.two-notes.com) and attach the logfile of Torpedo Remote to the ticket. Here is how to create the logfile in the software https://support.two-notes.com/knowledgebase.php?article=345
I have seen from your screenshot that your computer is in French. You can submit the ticket in French. We also speak French on the helpdesk :)
