There are very few people in the world of guitar I would trust like Dave .... he is the man.

now theres an endorsment!

Wow sounds amazing. I contacted Dave yesterday, unfortunately he hasnt replied yet, probably a really busy man ;-)

Could he also put a clean channel on the chupa (or any of the Ceriatones)? Could it sound like a fender or my Marshall 6100 cleans or are there certain limitations when adding a clean channel to an already existing amp?

Yea he can add a clean channel. He's got two different types...a Simple clean, which is just a volume and a Full Clean, which has volume, bass and treble. You should post a thread on the Rack Systems section if you have more questions. Dave checks in there pretty much daily.

Alright, I will probably do that. What kind of clean is it? I really like my Marshall's cleans, but its always said that they are "no fender cleans" and that they are warmer and everything. So which kind of clean channel is the one he build into the amp?

btw, where do you get the information on that? On his website there isnt much about it!

The Simple Clean is great. I have two amps with it. The Full Clean is actually a Fender circuit. Go to the Rack Systems section and read. There's alot of info there.

Seems like all the fervor on these amps died quickly. Does everyone that bought one of these still have them?

I though they were cool but they still missed alot of what I've heard in good Jose modded amps. Todd Duane had a good one as well as James Lugo.

Nice bunch of talking around the subject dude's. What the fuck does the amp sound like?????!!!!!!!!! I heard they rip (to 50 watters) but that's it...no clips. Anybody actually bought one? I'll buy it from you if you have one as long as it's a 50 watter. Lemme know! Metalhead

I still have mine

These look pretty interesting to be sure. To me it has more in common tone wise with a Jose modded Marshall then any of the Cameron CCV clips I've heard which is definitely not a bad thing. Still, I wouldn't mind putting one through its paces to see if I can't get that pissed off British "roar" that my Orange seemingly can't deliver in a band mix...

Thing is Cameron jose mods Do not sound like a Jose modded marshall. To me camerons sound like Marshall/mesa hybrid or something. They dont sound like a marshall

Which does not sound like a marshall either.

It's really hard to tell what you're talking about and who you're talking to and which clip you're referencing when you don't use the quote function...

Sorry really didnt realize this was 15 pages long. Your sound is similar to a fortin imo.
