She's got something that most female guitar players lack and that's good tone and vibrato. Have you seen the videos of some girl who keeps claiming to be the worlds greatest 15 year old female guitar player? I guess she's older now, but I watched a few videos of her and she's terrible. And she's up there with Sammy Hagar and Ted Nugent. She smiles a lot but she's got no tone, vibrato, and she's not in key often either. At least the girl in this video sounds good playing guitar. She needs to find a singer though.

Yeah, I got into her tele tone quite a bit. I guess she does her own drums and bass too. I dunno, I'm willing to bet we'll see some great efforts from her sooner than later.

I admit that I'm a "fan" and subscribed to her channel long ago. Over the last two years she made huge steps forward.
And yes, I may be be biased because of my affinity to french girls

You commented on that video and It appeared on my youtube feed, that's how I saw her, and I'm glad. She's talented and I like her too.

Well I guess the bottom line is that most of us expected more from a post titled "Chick writes freaking awesome riff!". Yes she has some talent. But the song is forgettable and the lyrics are awful. I did like the recorded guitar tones and playing though.

Catchy intro riff.. lets me down further into the song though. I was waiting for it really to drive but agree with some real studio help it could be a hit for someone. Her voice is terrible in my opinion though. Grates on the ears. It also sounds like direct recording and the amps are blech.

yea, intro riff is cool with a good groove, but the lyrics are pretty generic and boring imo. that said, she has a good smooth vibrato and easy to listen to her playing

I just watched it again.. she does have a great rack and looks like she has a nice bod too. Horrible singing and lyrics though. Good vibrato and I heard a lil footloose in the telecaster lick following the solo.

I think the chick is French so her voice sounds weird when singing in English since it is her second language.

I'm really not into country'esque songs, but I will say this - it's solid, she's given it a good go, she's a chick which ramps up the coolness points, and she can play guitar. Needs a little PR and media lipstick, but ya, 50% of the shit out there today doesn't even come close to this, so that's that.
