How does tech find the dumbest, most garbage music possible constantly

For the current/recent thread on songwriting, I was thinking that taking whatever tech likes and not doing that would be a good starting point.

But how can you gots I hate so much musyc ?

The question should be: "Why do people write so much terrible music?"
