clean channel volume

I have a JJ-100 with the ss-100 clean added. When I got the amp The clean channel was very loud ( at least that is what I remember). I think something happened because even though it is still loud I have to crank the clean volume. I will put the dirty channel volume at 3 and the clean channel volume at 6 with the Main master at 2-3 for them to even out in sound. Does that seem right?

Turn the main master up to about half and turn others down. It should balance out more.
