...i think i payed 4300 for a Slo. That was the most expensive amp. I strongly disliked it and sold it back to the same guy for the same price

Did you have a chance to get another Uber Ultra 6l6? I liked your amp.

Unfortunately not, I ended up with the EL34 verison. It's still great, I have had someone who has both of them side by side saying theres no difference at all.

I noticed some slight differences but I could chalk it up to different cab/speakers, guitar/pickups.
