Crime in America

You "think". Is this more of your "expertise" on subjects which you talk out of your ass on? So you agree with us that if the laws already on the books were enforced, violent criminals using firearms might be arrested and prosecuted more? But corrupt politicians have kept that from happening? Yes?
Sure. Let's look at how many US citizens are in jail. Let's do it per capita. WHOA.... Seems the US leads the Western World, and it's NOT close.

Ok, I guess that means the laws ARE getting enforced.

So, what's your next weak argument since we've debunked that one?

Just saiying stats aren't all they're cracked up to be.

You haven’t debunked anything dude.
He implied laws weren't being enforced in the US already - so why write new ones.

I pointed out that you can't fill jails to overflowing without vigorously enforcing laws.

Which is patently untrue. You absolutely can fill jails without vigorously enforcing laws. Not even considering the disparity between which laws are enforced, you have the consideration of geopolitical effects on crime and crime rates as well as populations. And just because other countries do not incarcerate criminals as often as this country does, that does not mean that all laws are vigorously enforced. Every person here can give you multiple examples of people committing crimes and not being prosecuted or being prosecuted and not incarcerated. Ever hear of ā€œ gun courtā€ ? Ludicrous.

Nothing in your statement can be construed as a fact because it’s a logical fallacy and you are not considering all the criteria that is involved.

How do you fill jails without vigorously enforcing laws? Rounding up people and jailing them without due process??? Is that what you're saying is happening? I don't think you are but then I ask again, how do you fill jails without vigorously enforcing laws?

I never claimed every crime gets punished and punished appropriately. Of course some crimes go unsolved. But that has nothing to do with the point we were debating.

No, I've never heard of "gun court". I'll google it now.

Ok, if by gun court you mean Jamaica's attempt at curbing gun violence, I'll counter by saying that the US is not Jamaica and no where did I advocate that kind of response. In fact I've not advocated for ANY kind of response. If you think I have, please cut and paste my comment.

Dude you really should stop getting all your information from the internet and then assuming it's what I'm talking about. Why would I give a fuck about what they're doing in Jamaica. They were doing gun court in St Louis.

You're not that fucking stupid bro. I explained it to you in plain English.

I would also say that the liberal position that we incarcerate too many people and that institutional racism causes disparity in prisons is directly responsible for a whole lot of lack of enforcement of laws. And dude, giving someone probation for being a felon in possession of a firearm while committing a robbery is NOT VIGOROUSLY ENFORCING LAWS.

Use your fucking brain man and quit trying to twist everything to fit your narrative.

I did say I didn't know what you meant by gun court. So I looked. So, you meant something different than what I found. Ok, I'm not above asking you to explain something I don't know. I'm not sure why that merits a dressing down.

I'm not even sure what you're arguing with me about now.

Are you telling me law enforcement is lacking and too many crimes are under punished?

Relax bro. Not a dressing down.

Gun court was devised because actually prosecuting and convicting young urban males for gun crimes less serious than murder resulted in prison overcrowding and ā€œ disparity in prisonā€.

The sell was that it would somehow magically turn young gang bangers into productive citizens by not saddling them with a felonious prison record for the rest of their lives.

Kim Gardner. 100% factually bankrolled by Soros, literally refused to prosecute a murder committed in broad daylight on a busy city street, in front of witnesses and completely captured on video allegedly because of lack of evidence.

You guys sure have given a lot more energy to our Starship Cuck than I think is worth it. It's funny to watch that dumb fucker keep looking even more retarded, though. :hys:
