Every person here can give you multiple examples of people committing crimes and not being prosecuted or being prosecuted and not incarcerated. Ever hear of “ gun court” ? Ludicrous.

The sell was that it would somehow magically turn young gang bangers into productive citizens by not saddling them with a felonious prison record for the rest of their lives.
