The Z glide is nowhere near as weird as you would think it is - it's honestly really comfortable

Especially if you're one of those people who sands the finish of les paul necks, the z glide might be a legit option for you as there is no resistance

I've played a bunch of DZs and the LaVoce (lp shape) strat and tele styles have all been really great, high quality import guitars :dunno:

They aren't like suhr level or some shit, but they are 100% on the level of other high end korean and indonesian OEMs like schecter, LTD, prs se, etc

Sweet! That's really good to hear. I think they have some cool designs going on.

Yep agreed. The LaVoce is really, really cool

It's les paul shaped but the way they did the pickups you can legitimately make it sound like a strat - even the in between positions on a strat. If I was in a cover band or something and needed to cover a ton of ground, that is a guitar that I 100% would be into.

Their strats and teles have great aesthetics too, very classic 80s style. You can get them used for quite cheap when they pop up, as it doesn't have as much brand recognition as Dean© does

I would have to hear them to believe them but that would be very cool. My Planet Tone Humbucking pickups have some of the best split positions I have heard and they do great single coil sounds but I would not compare them to legit singles.
