Sounds more Metal..
KK's JCM800 tone always sounded carbonated to me..

:55 second mark - Man Slayer always found the most haunting and eerie use of those single note tritones shapes...Just plain evil. They are the best at what they do.

i found a good backing track of this song and then i wondered "shit, what if Slayer used iic+'s with metallica settings?". well i gave it a fucking whirl. sounds kinda cool

guitars

Sounds great man! You, errrrl, midnight laundry, & great green always sound kickass! Keep ‘em comin?

Agreed, this sounds better than the album’s tone. Much more punch and cut, not as wishy washy in the mids.
Would like to hear this tone on Dittohead, RU4h

One thing Jeff and Kerry were definately known for was pushing those Marshall upper-mids right to the threshold. It's not for everybody, but it cuts and has a lot of attack.
