What is this steak mastery of which you speak?

We must know your method. I just acquired a whole ribeye in the bag and I'm ALWAYS into new steak cooking methods. I love a reverse sear as well as cooking ultra high heat in the flames.

I just use a cast iron on the stove. I pat dry and season with salt and pepper right before throwing it in the pan. Sear in wagyu tallow, flipping every minute until it's just about done. On the final 1-2 flips, I add butter, rosemary, thyme, garlic clove and baste continually. Rest for a couple of minutes and that's all there is to it. I add a bit of large, flake salt and more pepper after I cut it up. Pretty easy!

This is the way.
I would also just like to add that an amps power supply (voltages, droppers, and filtering) is THE most important area of the circuit, because it affects so many aspects of how the amp sounds and feels.
At the base level, every gain stage is just using the input signal to modulate the power supply, with tone shaping from cathode bypass caps and peaking circuits etc.
Get your power supply rail right, and your amp will kick serious ass.

My 2203 clone was always kind of strident and harsh.... and one day I realized I never changed the 8.2K resistor to 10K when when it was first a Plexi. Changing that one resistor, which is first on the B+, made all the difference in the world. Kind of crazy that small of a difference took it from harsh to... well, 800, lol.

Neither amp is anywhere near a "Plexi". They are JCM800 clones with diode clipping. i.e. three cascaded gain stages with raised V1a plate resistors, scooped tone stacks, super hot cathode bias on each gain stage, and pre-stack master volumes with diode clipping.

The Chupa is a direct copy of a schematic (with lots of errors) drawn up and posted to the SLO Clone Forum from a one-off Fortin Jose mod that was a copy of a Cameron Jose mod. The Yeti is another variation from a schematic taken from the same forum. Both amps contain both technical errors in guitar amp circuit design as well as design errors copy/pasted directly from the incorrect schematics Ceriatone pilfered from forums.

Same with the Molecular and Gargoyle. Molecular is a copy of a Cameron Atomica (schematic posted to the same forum) and the Gargoyle is a copy of a schematic I drew as a variation to the Fortin Meshuggah, which is also just a copy of a Cameron Jose / typical DIY "Jose mod" that people have been building for 40 years. The details of that DIY circuit were all over the Metro Forum for a long time before it was shut down.

This isn't meant to shit on OP's new amp. These amps all sound good. But they're approximations of the actual amps they're attempting to copy.
