It was pretty affordable in '06. We rented a huge 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Nashboro Villages for like 850 a month. I haven't lived in a place that big since.

Man I used to love hitting jams and stuff back in the day. There were some great blues players around at the Bourbon street joint in printer's alley and at the Gibson showcase. I looked up some stuff recently and the quality of the blues players seemed to have declined substantially.

I have friends there. One works for a radio station. I almost joined a MTV "Reality" show back in the day, that was gonna be in Nashville. I didn't get picked at the end. I am so glad I didn't.

Are the projects still there on Murfreesboro road? That used to be the hairiest part of my trip downtown, coming back out at 2 or 3 in the morning.
