the Lovepedal Vibronaught is a great pedal ...... very cool photocell vibe .... I modded the hell out of that circuit .... that's what my KWAI VIBE CAINE is

I haven't made any in a few years now .... the key with the Photocell vibes is getting the old school LDR's .... I used up all the ones I had bought from smallbear ... and he hasn't had them back in stock in forever ...

I got the Vibronaut, and it didn't vibe outta the box. Lovepedal responded to my email suggesting that I tweak the internal trimmers. I did that tonight, and now it vibes, but the speed and depth knobs don't do anything below noon. I sent Lovepedal a video, asking if this is how the pedal is supposed to be.
Bummed. Pedal doesn't work on arrival. No instruction sheet on how to adjust the trimmers. And it still doesn't seem to do what it's supposed to do after I spend 20 minutes tweaking the trimmers for max effect.

the internal trimmers are for " offset , mix and intensity ...... for the most part they are set it and forget it trim pots ...

when I modded the circuit .... part of what I did was put those controls on top of the pedal ..... so you could really dial it in with what ever amp / guitar you're using ...

if it helps ... ( don't know if you still have it or not ) you want to set the intensity to where the photo cell is as bright as it can be ...

the mix isn't a full on dry signal to wet ... you would just be adjusting a small ratio of both signals ...

the offset .... can do some cool stuff it's basically where the center point of the " throb " is hitting if I remember right ...

easy way to set any of these is with the depth all the way up ...

What I also did was link up the Footswitch LED to the photocell so it mimics what it's doing .... so you can also set it by eye while listening also ... makes it a shit ton easier to dial in ...

here's a " soundless " video showing you what I mean ...

actually found a old vid with me messing with it ...not the optimal recording ( phone )
