From what I have heard the BBB is quite a reputeable site so I think everyone should post complaints here:

(See file a complaint on the right) to at least try and help stop others getting in our situation.

I've tried to contact small claims courts in the area/solicitors to no avail still... and I haven't heard from Tim in about a month (after posting on his wife's Facebook and him going quite mad at me).

This amount of money is a big deal to me, especially at the moment and behold, theft seems to be encouraged by how difficult this is to get a result Should have stuck to Diezel!

I think Ear Candy has been in the Nose Candy with everyone's money. I will go in and file a complaint on BBB with you Sam. Although, I wouldn't even want to pay shipping on the cabs now. Unless I was refunded, I wouldn't want it to be reconciled.

He made custom boxes and finished them out in a 1000 different ways. Nothing exceptional by any means. Price point wasn't bad. But, he's a fucktard with more lies and excuses than Kelogg's has Cornflakes. As I said, anyone wants to go to Indiana, there is the prepaid in full purchase of 2-212 Buzzbomb cabs, can't remember which speakers. They are absolutely free to you. Tell him Steve sent you to pick up his cabs and watch him vapor lock.

Wow, I was reading this thread, went to the site, etc, all the while wondering where they are located. Then I read the above and was startled -- my home town! I'm currently about 1.5 hours south of Valpo. Not sure what I can do to help, haven't gone to anyone's house demanding money, gun in hand, in years.



Seriously though, I'm really sorry to see these sorts of stories. Manufacturing it tough, and it's hard to scale up to meet demand. Maybe it's a good thing he's not accepting more orders. Perhaps it means he's actually building and trying to deliver the back log.... I hope anyway. That being said, communication and honesty are key to a successful and reputable business.

I thought about trying this out even though it's 4.5 hours away from me. Then I noticed that Valpo is right next to Gary. If this guy agreed to let me pick up your cabs, then I would be in. I would sell them and paypal you some cash.
