I don't know. I would not complain, but when I sell things, they are ready to ship and I'd get it out the next day, or if the sale happened Friday I'd give a buyer the option for me to wait to Monday so maybe a guitar doesn't sit somewhere over the weekend. Not saying it happened in this instance (I'm sure it didn't) but I never understand when sellers seem to be surprised something has sold and only THEN begin looking for shipping supplies.

In any event, reasonable patience and understanding goes a long way for everyone involved.
