EVH Iconic, short WDW test

When I was amp shopping a couple years back I was surprised by how much more I liked the Iconic than the regular 5153. It felt much more open and Marshall-y without the crazy compression that bugged me on the 5153. The dealbreaker for me was not being able to remotely switch between Clean and Overdrive modes on Channel 1.

I had all 3 versions of 5153 50w and I do not miss them The best IMO was the regular 6L6.
