Stairway to heaven, followed by One and then maybe eruption for good measure. Maybe just the riff from Lay it down. Although that seems to be getting outdone by some kind of Alice in Chains riff these days.

Actually scrap all that. Can you play something by Tim Henson? No edits! He would NEVER need to edit anything.

Well, I already know and can play you are the government, big city nights, chemical warfare, and amoeba

But there is no universe that are going to convince me to play Ratt without significant compensation - I have a reputation to maintain

This is the amp that I am gassing for, so can't wait to hear the clips.

Likewise man! I adore all the MGL clips i've heard but have never even seen one in the wild, so I'm really, really stoked to be able to run this through it's paces and get some good quality clips up.

I don't have everything on planet earth, but I got the main food groups of mics, speakers, boosts, etc, so I can cover a lot of ground and hopefully give people a chance to hear how it would translate into their rig.

These are on the VERY short list of amps that interest me. Some of my favorite recorded thrashy tones are on Ride the Lightning and Garage. Something along those lines would be of interest to me.

I also boost everything, so I’d like to know how it takes the usual culprits.

These are on the VERY short list of amps that interest me.

Dude, tell me about it! Ever since I heard clips of Chris/Smash's, I've been dying to get my hands on one of these so I could get it under a mic and see what it feels like under the fingers.

Some of my favorite recorded thrashy tones are on Ride the Lightning and Garage. Something along those lines would be of interest to me.

I also boost everything, so I’d like to know how it takes the usual culprits.

Yes! So I'm going to be doing at least two demo tracks; one is going to be classic metal (ala deep purple, def leppard, etc) with the vintage mode, with some classic pentatonic wanking. The second is going to be on the "modern" mode and is going to be much heavier - probably some thrash and power metal style stuff and shredding.

I'm also going to comb through the thread and see how many song, riff, speaker, mic, boost requests I can handle before I run out of time.

Does yours have the SAT switch? I don't belong there but I'm sure you can make it sound brutal
