Does it have a ground lift?Lehle P-ISO Isolator/DI Box | Sweetwater https://share.google/oJa87O9CkYSteiunL
It completely separates the grounds, so no loop can exist. It was actually Dave Friedman that suggested it. He said a ground lift may mask a problem, but doesn't actually solve itDoes it have a ground lift?
Damn, I just found a p-split for 80€ but I think it has something similar and a ground lift if needed. It completely separates the grounds, so no loop can exist. It was actually Dave Friedman that suggested it. He said a ground lift may mask a problem, but doesn't actually solve it
I think it would work if you used it correctlyDamn, I just found a p-split for 80€ but I think it has something similar and a ground lift if needed.
I think it also has isolated outs
I had problems using zul with one spotsAre you using the Chase Secret preamp in front of it, just curious?. Those EP3 preamps can be an impedance issue with certain type buffers and overdrives.
Have you isolated the Zuul completely by itself or is it in conjunction with other pedals being used?
What has Fortin said in response to your videos of the the noises? I know you asked in that other thread.
Do you have a schematic were you put this?I use an lehle isolation transformer as the last "pedal" before the amp and it clears any grounds between amp and effects loop
This the hum I’m hearing with this setup:Do you have a schematic were you put this?
Before the key input or after your overdrive pedal and then the lehle and then in your input of your amp?
This is my setup where I use the zuul/sun in the fx of the preamp and a signal in the key of the zuul/sun and also from my overdrive to the input of my preamp (Kartakou colossus which goes from a y cable into the dual input of the Mesa 2:90)

This is my setup. It is silent when i am silencing the strings.
Thx dude! I solved it with your tip on the Lehle P-ISO!
I’ve shared my findings and how to here so others can benefit from it too (and don’t have to buy an expensive fortin zuul + or such)
