Fortin Zuul nasty hum issue.

It completely separates the grounds, so no loop can exist. It was actually Dave Friedman that suggested it. He said a ground lift may mask a problem, but doesn't actually solve it
Damn, I just found a p-split for 80€ but I think it has something similar and a ground lift if needed.
I think it also has isolated outs

Are you using the Chase Secret preamp in front of it, just curious?. Those EP3 preamps can be an impedance issue with certain type buffers and overdrives.

Have you isolated the Zuul completely by itself or is it in conjunction with other pedals being used?

What has Fortin said in response to your videos of the the noises? I know you asked in that other thread.
I had problems using zul with one spots
I noticed it was noisier than my board
Big question ? Is his amp and board on the same power outlet ?

I use an lehle isolation transformer as the last "pedal" before the amp and it clears any grounds between amp and effects loop
Do you have a schematic were you put this?
Before the key input or after your overdrive pedal and then the lehle and then in your input of your amp?
This is my setup where I use the zuul/sun in the fx of the preamp and a signal in the key of the zuul/sun and also from my overdrive to the input of my preamp (Kartakou colossus which goes from a y cable into the dual input of the Mesa 2:90)

This the hum I’m hearing with this setup:

You can hear it in the beginning before I start playing.
I want to get rid of that hum.

So i have my wireless>isp decimator>lehle volume>lehle p-iso>amp

The. The loop goes to the gstring part of the decimator and then back to the amp
