Friedman Guitars

So Friedman is another entry into the world of super strats... How do they compare with Custom Shop Charvels and Jackson guitars? Luxxtone? I've never played one and don't want to make the 3 hr drive to test one outfit people think they are a pass... please share if you have played one. thanks. Hooligan

I played one once and it was ok. I don't think I dug the neck shape on it or the set up. I do not think they are in the class of
Luxxtone or CS Charvel myself.

They used to be made by Shabat, and maybe Iconic too. Never played one, but always felt under the impression they were good stuff but mostly driven by the Friedman fanbase cock suckery.

If I were in the market for a a high end, boutique super-strat style...I'd go straight to Luxxtone.

I'm sure they play and sound great, but not a fan of the headstock on them. Most guitars headstocks on super Strats, are just not that good looking.
