I would love to have a JJ. Every clip I have hear sounded awesome.

The JJ sounded particularly nasty with Andy Wood playing through it. The Steve Stevens too.

That sounds killer.
Of course Bill plays music not shred guitar which is your typical demo. I tune out the amp as soon as a player starts that stuff.

I wasn't bad rapping this guy. I just noted that it also sounded good when A Wood played through it. The only other demo I watched.

Cool. I wasn't responding to your post. Of course Andy sounds killer, he's an amazing player.

i think the gain channels on the JJ are my favorite in the Friedman family....not crazy about the clean channel compared to some of the other Friedmans

Sounds great in videos....just "MEH" in person. Had it for a day and sent it back. Very disappointed...

All the Friedman videos sound great but I would love to see them do more of just amp straight into guitar videos. Every video they seem to do runs through a FX processor with tons of reverb/delay, etc.. added in to really enhance the tone of the amps. If the amps sound so much better with all the reverb/delay then why doesn't Friedman have reverb build in?

Almost every high end brand amp talked about on this forum that I've personally tried sounded higher gain in clips than plugging into them in the room.

Must be a youtube compression thing or something....

The BE-100 sounds Amazing all alone without any effects, I'll suggest to you to try on different, guitars, pickups, cabs and speakers combination.

I have yet to hear a Friedman amp, modded or production, that doesn't sound amazing, in the room, plugged straight in. Whether or not they're your cup of tea is another thing entirely, but the pure quality of tone cannot be denied. The dude knows his shit.

Not many effects here and it sounds
Yeah straight in nothing added, oh and there never is reverb in any clip just a bit of delay.
