I had assumed this seller was a local guy or something.....Chrisbarrett27":20iuvqdb said:Yeah the whole Mark Diezel thing...I was a little confused about that as well. That's why I mentioned it. I just don't think this guy knows crap about Diezel amps, or amps period. I'm keeping my fingers crossed though. The amp should be arriving to my house today. Hopefully he didn't send me 65lbs of bricks, haha. I'm going to try and talk my girlfriend through testing it on facetime to make sure everything works as advertised. That should be a good time. She plays guitar but acoustic primarily. She knows nothing about amps. I'll keep you guys posted. Oh and I found a Diezel FL4X12 on here in the classifieds from some dude in Indiana for 750 bucks. It looks to be in pretty good shape. I'm going to pick it up on my way to Pennsylvania in November. My first matching halfstack!! It's going to be sick!!
You went ahead and sent him over two grand and he's obviously either a scammer or a dumbass? I will NOT buy anything long distance from anyone unless they have been a member here at Rigtalk for a long time and everything has to sound "right" when I speak to them on the phone. If something seems a bit off, I'm OUT. You can learn a lot about the other person in 10 minutes on the phone. I hope your guy is just a dumbass, and not a scammer.
