No. He needs to buy a couple more knee levers in order to make it worthy cause a modern steel uses 4 knee levers or more and that's an older steel that only has two. All the lesson material is geared for an Emmons copedent. They are just damn expensive instruments. He's more into recording technology and helped me with my last album and we've started work on another. He has perfect pitch but he doesn't care to grind on an instrument on the local scene. Prefers marching band and orchestral stuff.Your son know his way around it?
The volume pedal is the main pedal. Asides that, anything could go but a boost is probably the most common. The snouse black box is pretty popular. The Goodrich Steel Driver is probably the most prominent one since it's set up to clip to the leg of the steel. Any good boost pedal usually works well and most steels have pretty high output pickups. A blue note worked great and I'm sure the gladio would as well.what kind of pedals do Pedal Steel players use ??
I remember the Ernie Ball volume being the best, haha. Drop the instrument down in volume, and then glue pennies under the pedal for min volume.No. He needs to buy a couple more knee levers in order to make it worthy cause a modern steel uses 4 knee levers or more and that's an older steel that only has two. I was thinking about getting one of them fancy Apple phones one day and doing some videos for young guys starting blues bands and stuff but it ain't like I'm some authority figure. I guess I ain't crashed out yet either so maybe I can help.I think VonBonfire "Legend Series" needs to drop. Kind of like a Darryl Hall, but in a different way
The pedal steel guys use those as a starter model but the dedicated PS guitar pedals are super low profile for ergonomic ease of use since you basically ride it with your right foot constantly when playing. Not cheap for a good one either. I gave my kid the chrome korean Fender volume pedal I had as it's lo pro enough to be comfortable.I remember the Ernie Ball volume being the best, haha. Thanks for asking! It's a 1961 Gibson-Maestro Ga-2rvt. The first amp I ever heard played through and the first amp I ever played through. Was my old man's, housed in some pos homemade head since he never had the original. I toted it around for years non-functional and decided either to get rid of it or refurbish it. I lived near an exotic woods place so I did it all up in mahogany for the cab, ebony for the front trim and feet...even the handle is ebony. I painstakingly made the emblem. The baffle is pine with a 15" speaker. I ripped off the 10.5" depth from a bluesbreakerOn the back wall is a Longhorn cab...or something else?
I can hear that corner filled with the sweet sounds of Neo-Soul
The bottle is right next to the cornet case on the coffee table....with a faint hint of patchouli.

I already invited @The~Kid over for drinks anytime. In fact, you and everyone else here are invited June 6th to my little bluesfest featuring the best central TX blues bands. Bring your tent, you can camp in my yard afterwards.I’d hide those stuffed dolls from @The~Kid , otherwise they’ll be oozing white stuff like a squeezed tube of toothpaste
Only if you have documented migrants working your valet parking. Can’t risk scratching my Bentley. You do have valet parking, right?I already invited @The~Kid over for drinks anytime.
