“ A Palestinian told me that they all love Hamas and are willing to give their lives and the lives of their children for the cause”.

Works like that huh ?
No, this is an Israeli army official speaking to journalists on the record. The figure of 70,000 is accepted worldwide and is likely a vast undercount. Sorry you can't accept it. Have a great day Floyd.

I hear you...what would you believe the number is?

You are on here several times a day shitting on Israel and saying how evil and sneaky they are.
Yet you are going to immediately believe the words of an "Israeli army official"?
Wow. Talk about hypocrisy.

For those who are uncomfortable with the truth and see me as un-American for being truthful you should avert your eyes from below...for real.

Take below as YOU like but don't bother arguing with me about it as usual...write to The Economist.

US dragged by Israel into ‘unlawful war’ with Iran – Gulf state

Washington now needs help to disengage, Oman has said

The Economist on Wednesday, the Middle East nation’s top diplomat called on US allies in the region to “tell the truth” about the conflict and admit that Washington “has lost control” of its own foreign policy. “There are two parties to this war who have nothing to gain from it,” he wrote, referring to the US and Iran.

The US maintains close security and defense partnerships with six Gulf states – Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman – and has a significant military presence in the region, including bases and naval facilities.

The escalation has had economic and security consequences for these states, with Iran retaliating against targets on their territory. Gulf officials have reportedly complained they were not consulted or warned before the US and Israel launched the campaign against Iran on February 28.

Albusaidi, who acted as a mediator in nuclear talks between Washington and Tehran, wrote that the parties had twice come close to a deal in nine months, noting that the airstrike campaign began immediately after the most substantive talks.

”Israel and America again launched an unlawful military strike against the peace that had briefly appeared really possible,” he wrote, adding that Iran’s retaliation was “inevitable.”

Because you're so fucking rude, contrary and obstinate I went and found the following.

So, which one isn't propaganda and below isn't even up to today's date?

Unicef as at October 2025

https://www.unicef.org/press-releases/two-years-hellish-war-have-devastated-gazas-children

“In the last two years, a staggering 64,000 children have reportedly been killed or maimed across the Gaza Strip, including at least 1,000 babies.

United Nations as at October 2024

https://www.un.org/unispal/document/a-year-of-tears-12-months-of-war-on-children-unicef-report/

One year of war In Gaza, at least 14,000 children have reportedly been killed, many more injured, while thousands are likely under the rubble, and an estimated 17,000 others are unaccompanied or separated from their caregivers.

French Government Reporting as at January 2025

https://onu.delegfrance.org/the-con...-particularly-deadly-for-palestinian-children

They remind us just how deadly the conflict in Gaza has been for Palestinian children. According to UNICEF, more than 14,500 children have been killed in Gaza since the start of the war: that’s more than the number of children killed in 4 years of wars worldwide. 25,000 children have been injured: Gaza has the highest number of child amputees per capita in the world. 17,000 children have been separated from their parents as a result of the conflict, or find themselves unaccompanied following the death of their parents. Over a million children have been displaced. These are terrible figures. The war has destroyed almost all essential infrastructure.

The Vatican as at November 2024

https://www.vaticannews.va/en/world...ed-44-thousand-over-13-thousand-children.html

The tragic death toll from the violence in Gaza has far exceeded 44,000, seventy percent of whom are women and children. Over 13 thousand children have died, close to 800 under the age one.

The Euro Human Rights Monitor as at August 2024

https://euromedmonitor.org/en/artic...,100-Palestinian-infants-and-toddlers-in-Gaza

The Israeli army has killed 2,100 Palestinian infants and toddlers under the age of two, out of the about 17,000 children it has killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of its genocide on 7 October 2023.

Now explain to me how any of those sources would know. Are they embedded with Hamas ? They're fucking using the Palestinian Health Authority numbers dude. And the UN ? The same organization that was employing a bunch of Hamas terrorists. The same organization that on any other day you have no use for. Come on man.

So, you have a number but nobody else knows and there are quite a few from around the globe and what have they got to lie about and if it were Hamas' numbers wouldn't they all be the same.

How can you be taken as an intelligent, unbiased and a reasonable person.

Wasting time? You do it in spades and have zero concern or remorse about it.

First, no, I don't have a number and I never said I did. I simply said I didn't believe Hamas' numbers. And if you do you're an idiot.

Second, I have checked in here a handful of times today. I also worked 10 hours, came home, took a shower and I'm currently trying to figure out how to get a stray cat out of a tree on the river bank without chasing it further up the tree. Total time spent here today, less than 10 minutes. You've been here all day.

The relevance of your post is? FTR: I have a cat that I'm a big fan of too.

You did say your number is lower so you must a number of sorts.

I didn't post any of Hamas' numbers so no, I'm not an idiot.

I wasn't on here all day but obviously longer than you.

Yeah, got any ideas ? I normally scare them off because they come back here because I have a mini bird sanctuary going on. So she isn't allowing herself to be coaxed down by me. The tree is on a hill coming up from the riverbank so even if I was delusional enough to think I could go up there and get her, there's no ladder around here that will set up on that tree, on that hill. I've had piles and piles of cats in my life and I only ever knew one that actually knew how to get down from a tree. Most come down eventually, head first and get hurt. A cat I had called Psycho knew instinctively to come down the way he went up.

Anyway, it seems to me she's scared and hanging on to a few scraggly limbs. Me psss psss psssing her isn't getting the job done.
