Jeezus man, who's your decorator??
I feel like eating a tangerine or making a pumpkin pie.

Taking the 'orange county' thing a bit too far maybe? :D

Time to buy a new monitor RVS. The only thing remotely orange or tangeriney or pumpkiny in that picture is the Orange Tiny Terror sitting on the desk. Don't hate on me because I'm wearing shorts today and will still be wearing them until after Thanksgiving.

Color blind much?

Okay....time to chime in before the thread is done...

I own the 2006 QR, as many of you have known. The amp is great, but it is very sensitive. Everything in the signal effects the tone. Guitar wood, pickups, strings, picks, cabs, speakers, you name it. So, sometimes with it you have to find your tone... By that I mean if you buy one and plug it into a Mesa cab with vintage 30's you are gonna hate it, but if you plug into an old marshall basket weave with pre rolas, you are gonna shit your undies!

I don't really like my Musicman through it, but I like a Mahogany body axe through it, you get the picture...

I do run mine through a Weber Mass, which I like. And I really haven't found a new production EL34 that I am fancy over....so I just stick with the OLD OLD Teslas....

There....I said my peace.

save yourself a lot of typing and buy a marshall.

The best thing I can say about having Marshalls vs. having the Splawn Quick Rod is that the tubes in my Marshalls are lasting forever. I mean literally. The tubes in my Marshalls will last 50 years at this pace because since I got my first Quick Rod the Marshalls don't even get switched on anymore. Not pictured is the '72 Super Lead that the Splawn relegated to living in my closet now. The tubes in that one will not only last forever but it never even gets dusty anymore.

I think the Splawn could be labeled the "Marshall Preserver" at least at my house.

LMFAO
ahhh, chub...you do make it worth while for me to actually stop by this place once in a while!
