Pretty cool clips, looks like a lot of fun.

Yep, every amp sounded great in it's own way..nice playing too. All of those amps deserve to be in the top echelon.

Thank you.
Yeah, it couldn't be more fun! Nigel, Chris Justin and Kris were extremely nice, very passionate about gear and music, and they were amazing guitar players!!
Can't wait for the next one in January.

Looks like it was a fun time. What kind of speakers were in that cab under the Cameron and Larry? I’m assuming that was the cab they were plugged in to.

Thanks man, it was really fun!
We used the C+, Larry, Cameron Jose and the SIR #34 JMP through it, except on two videos, were we used the SIR #34 JMP through the 73 Marshall 4x12 Cab.
That WEM cab is fitted with Celestion G12-65 speakers.

Throw up some clips and/or video! Sounds like a good time ?

It really sucks trying to get videos when you're having fun.
But got a few ones from Sunday(two weeks go) and before last evening(a last minute get together).
Planning the next one for January.
I still need to upload a few more videos. Gonna try to do it this weekend.
Cheers

Thanks! Great vids

Everything sounds good and yeah, that Larry does sound killer. Digging the last Naylor clip too and the Cameron.

Damn when I saw the title and author I knew the Larry would be there. Wish I saw this/could have made it. Looks like some fantastic amps showed up.

Great clips, all amps sounds very good.
Any info about Les Pauls used in the videos ? They are significant part of whole sound.

Every one of these amplfiers sounds like the same amplifier with varied EQ adustments + a boost pedal for varied attack. May advice is to purchase a good Marshall, Boogie, VOX, and Fender. Done.

A great friend of mine used to tell me about his SD-60 and how much he liked the amp. And when I've heard it first during this get together I remember exactly what my buddy used to tell me, that it is "one of the smoothest overdrives out there".

We've planned a bit ahead for the first day, but the second one was a last minute thing.
We'll plan well for the January, so more people can come. Try to make it here too, if you can. It's gonna be as fun as these two, if not better.

The cherry red is an R9, not sure if anything replaced. That guitar has the top the I love, with just mild flames, and do sound great.
The dirty lemon one is mine, and it took me years to find it, since I wanted another Les Paul to sound as good as my Gary Rossington Les Paul, but I wanted it with mild flames, lightweight and with a tight low end, so I could use it for anything from blues to metal at my studio.
And this one does this amazingly well. It has the Duncan Alnico 2 Pro Humbucker set.

Com'on...
We haven't heard a Larry since....forever...and we got only a 27sec video...???
Got more?

Actually, found two more videos that I haven't loaded into the computer. Both channel 3 with the boost off.
My bad...

I forgot to ask, are the G12-65's originals or the newer Heritage ones?

Thank you!
That WEM sound really good with pretty much everything I've used with it.
Plus, they look really cool.
