Oh, and my fave personally is my buddy Bert Meulendijk.

Invited him over here to have his own sub-forum in the Presets section (just above "Manufacturers").
Right on, thanks man. Rig manager definitely seems like a necessity. I’m pretty excited

Congrats bro'!

Install Rig Manager.

Be sure to check out the free (inbuilt) Kemper Rig Packs.

They're hand-picked morsels from some of the best-known Profilers.

Great quality and of course can give you an idea of who to buy packs from should you go that route.
The guy I bought it from seems to have some cool rigs already on it which I'm excited for. We do not live far from each other and are part of the same "local scene" for metal, which is what his downloads are geared towards (Killswitch Engage, Acacia Strain, All that Remains, etc) Proper Massachusetts metalcore!

@Aynirar27 all good, just IMO. Kemper would not be my choice in 2023.

Congratulations and Enjoy!

I'm not one to stay on the cutting edge lol. It was too cutting edge when it came out so I ignored it, but then I saw band after band touring with them and it sort of swayed my decision. I saw a couple hiding backstage when Blue Oyster played where I worked and they sounded so killer, I was sold. I don't need effects or sophisticated signal routing, just a bunch of good sounding amps that I can jam on while the kiddos are sleeping.

I enjoyed mine while I had it --- great at home practice tool especially if you have to be quiet. Did a ton of recording with it. Definitely has its quirks and the profile rabbit hole runs very, very deep but its a great piece of gear. Enjoy
