ICE murdered an innocent woman

Just listening to a law enforcement lawyer talk about what makes this a legal shooting.

One, they were clearly identified themselves as a law enforcement officer.

Two, They clearly issued instruction which was ignored.

Three, the first bullet hole was in the windshield, so the officer was clearly at risk in front of the car.

And i find it strange that you wouldn't view this as a tragic accident, but as a deliberate murder, which says more about you than anything.

Personally I never said he flat out planned to murder her, but from my perspective he grossly overacted and went ballistic firing multiple shots into her car as she was trying to leave the situation.

You can call it an accident, you also said she deserved it, so what is it really?

Judging from many of the comments how she deserved to die etc..

"Trying to leave the situation"? Are you serious? That is called evading. You are not allowed to run from the police. Everyone knows this. When you decide to do this, you accept whatever consequences happen.
Being realistic and logical can be viewed as "heartless" i guess, by those who choose emotions over logic?
I do find this event tragic, i'm not celebrating this in any way. I also never said she deserved to die, only that actions have consequences.

Nobody deserves to die in this way I agree and a different situation, but just a quick fact while I didn't agree with Charlie Kirk , but when he was shot and killed I never made any statements that he deserved to die or that I was happy in any shape or form that he did.

Off topic I know but not all of us celebrate when somebody dies that we don't always agree with.
