And in this case, it's clear that Ms. Good was not attempting to use the vehicle as a weapon, but just trying to leave. She turned the wheels to attempt to avoid the ICE thug, who was breaking his own protocol by standing in front of the vehicle. And shooting 3 times is simply beyond any reasonable use of force.
Then, the murderer gets in his vehicle and flees the scene, while the other ICE Gestapo thugs PREVENT A DOCTOR FROM PROVIDING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (drawing their weapons on the doctor), AND BLOCK THE AMBULANCE FROM ENTERING THE AREA. What a bunch of unprofessional POS nazi gangsters.
