As with the Chinese counterfeit guitars, another reason I can't stand it is the multitude of shit that breeds from this crap. I finally watched that video and some others. You'd have to be blind to not see he's miming a lot of that stuff over pre-recorded tracks. I have seen a couple other clips, they/them/xir can play guitar. When I see that level of editing though, it raises doubts in my mind as to why? Why go through all the trouble of video and audio editing when your real playing is already impressive enough?

Play your shit straight through and let the mistakes be mistakes, good or bad. People give shit to Tim Henson but I have never seen him do the fuckery this guy is pulling as far as editing.

Verdict: This guy is suspect.
