I did record something crappy a couple days ago. Playing was crappy, tone was VERY GOOD! At least I thought so...
I don't think I can play the same thing back to back. I think it's one of those changes that's gonna be kinda subtle when recorded. Folks usually say the Mustards have softer highs and more clarity.

Ok so I soldered everthing in wow! NICE!!
Not sure if they have to break or something but here's how I'd describe the sound:
The highs are smoother and less grainy
There seems to be a bit more sag or compression or something.
The feel seems a bit different.

So yeah... It's definite improvement over the Sozo's which are supposed to be based on Mustards.
