Imagine if Eddie Van Halen never cut up his Destroyer?

The mighty mite is in the Destroyer for the second album recording and there are photos.

It also may have been in the Destroyer for the first album, who knows.

Nah, not all of them I guess - here are two vintage Mighty Mite 1300 pickups (each measures about 13K).they both have just one mounting screw on each side. I just won these on Reverb! Yay me! Psych'd to hear how they compare to the Dimarzio Super D (my fave bridge pickup!):

I think these sound more like Duncan Customs than Dimarzio Super Distortions, I tried the MM 1300 in my 70's Ibanez Destroyer and thought they were really dark, replaced it with a Super Distortion and was much clearer, going to try the MM 1400 next, it has a lower output and a ceramic magnet
