Why don't you check Wkipedia, then you will know everything there is to know.
I never said Wikipedia is infallible but it's a source of information. There's no shortage of other information that will satisfy your criteria about American women being raped by illegal aliens. Been happening for hundreds of years.

How about sticking up for Americans for a change instead of taking the side of terrorist foreign invaders?

Can ‘Islamic NATO’ rein in both Israel and Iran?

The Mecca pact links Riyadh, Ankara, and Islamabad in a new security framework that could reshape regional deterrence.

The signing of the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement by Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Pakistan may eventually be remembered as one of the more consequential geopolitical developments to emerge from the current Middle Eastern crisis.

For the first time, three of the most influential states of the broader Muslim world have formally connected their national security in a framework that potentially combines Saudi financial and political weight, Turkish military-industrial power, and Pakistan’s enormous armed forces and nuclear status.

Officials from the three countries have been careful to avoid portraying the agreement as the birth of an aggressive military bloc.

The end of exclusive reliance on Washington

There is little surprise about the emergence of this alliance due to the exposed a basic weakness in the security model on which much of the Gulf had relied for decades. Enormous purchases of American weapons, the presence of US military bases, and long-standing political alignment with Washington had been treated almost as an insurance policy against precisely this sort of strategic vulnerability, yet when the region descended into a wider confrontation, membership in the American security system did not prevent Gulf countries from becoming direct targets or protect their economies from the consequences.

This is also why Egypt should be watched closely. Over the past year, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Pakistan, and Egypt have increasingly coordinated their positions on regional security, while the gradual reconciliation between Ankara and Cairo has removed one of the principal political obstacles to a broader alignment among the major Sunni powers.

Trump ‘flailing around’ over unwinnable Iran war – John Mearsheimer

It is “amazing” how much the conflict has depleted US weaponry stocks, the political scientist from the University of Chicago says.

US President Donald Trump knows he can neither sustain nor win a protracted war against Iran, political scientist and University of Chicago professor John Mearsheimer has said.

Mearsheimer said that the before the war started, General Daniel Caine was warning Trump that the US had limited stocks of munitions and could not fight a protracted conflict. Yet the US is now doing exactly that, he stated, adding that “it’s amazing the extent to which we have depleted our stockpile of sophisticated weaponry.”
“And I think that someone who knows it has leaked this information in large part to send out a clear message that the Iran war has to end,”
Mearsheimer said, warning that further escalation would do “even more damage to our weapons inventory.”

Mearsheimer argued that the situation is dire enough for Trump to recognize there is no clear path forward, noting he has still neither ordered new attacks nor accepted Iran’s demands to end the war.

“I would imagine at this point in time that President Trump has come to recognize that there’s no way he can win this war. And that’s why I like to argue that he’s flailing around,” Mearsheimer said.
