Pictures of these fat Americans are getting hard to look it.

I find it hilarious the only people you can find that are meme fat are from the US

I noticed prices when I filled up today but didn't give it much thought. As I hung up the pump I shouted "free Iran!" and felt so good i went inside for a donut & coffee......I helped the poor down- trodden citizens trying to escape ayatolla madness. Yay me!

I paid $4.39 for 93 octane yesterday morning. That's the highest I've paid since the Iran thing started. Prior to that it was something like $3.69. I usually fill up when I get down to around 1/4 tank so it takes about 12 gallons. So it's about $8.50 more per tank. So all this gnashing of teeth over gas prices is costing me about an extra ten bucks a week in gas. Ten bucks is big money to DaNang Dan, but thankfully for him he never leaves his couch. I appreciate him being so concerned for my financial well being, but it takes me less than 15 minutes of work Monday morning to recoup my loss for the week so it's quite unnecessary.

And network news always post California prices, like we won't notice a 2-3 dollar difference per gallon for the rest of the country. Dan doesn't notice this, too thick between the ears.

He wouldn't know because he rarely has to buy gas. And he still wouldn't know because he thinks 7x3.5 is 38.

Prior to the Iran war, Kansas City gas prices averaged $2.55-2.65 per gallon.

The wife just showed me a receipt from late february. Regular gas ( 87) was $3.09.

Which isn't even close to the $4.00 it was in 2008. Especially adjusted for inflation.

PSA. For Missouri residents. Save your gas receipts because the state of Missouri will rebate you $.12/gallon on your state taxes. Add that to the $.10/gal discount I get from the gas station already and ultimately I pay $.22 less for every gallon.

If you have inside info on how to determine if a meme is a US citizen, I'd like that information.
Educated guess. US is the only white nation in the top 30 for obesity, maybe top 40 depending how you argue. List of heaviest people in history are dominated by US. Where did tv shows shows like the biggest loser or my 600lb life originate?Food supply + serving sizes that don’t exist anywhere else in the world. AI tells me almost half the population is obese, around 10% severely obese. And the general negative stereotypes that Americans are fat, same as arabs = terrorists, Asians = bad drivers, Brits = bad teeth etc etc.
