I used to have a 1969 302 Windsor with a Holley and electronic ignition runaround for town and it was quite okay gas wise surprisingly.

10mpg since day 1.
I just retired the worn out 2100 that was rebuilt 4x and replaced it with an 80350.

Runs great and even sounds different.
Much better throttle response and rock solid tach.

I just have to splice in a fuel filter now.

Been procrastinating because theres just no room in there to cut the steel line.
so i been looking for a braided line.
Running off the built in filter in the carb inlet for now.

Tank is new so no debris to worry about
