It sounds good. They do really cool stuff. No brainer Marshall mod, all of them are. No more hacking up vintage or classic amps.

Sounds good to me. Wouldn't mind at all having it as a channel on a more capable amp.

sounds good indeed. I wish they would do that for the jubilee series too

Sounds good, but he's using an IR which never sound like a real live speaker. I've been fooled in the past hearing vids, then when I buy/play the stuff thru my cabs, it sounds completely different

Do you mic your cabs and then listen back that way? Or in the room? Because in the room it will always be diff

I thought it sounded better than the earlier models that Legendary tone put out a few years ago. The earlier ones sounded too wooly and round with too much low end, at least to my ears.

Cameron had something similar that Psychodave owns now that sounded pretty killer into a NMV Marshall.

The OX box sound pretty damn close to a speaker. I guess they used some other type of modeling a speaker response versus the standard IR's which is why the OX box sound less IR'sh, at least that's how UA describes it.

But UA desperately needs an upgrade to the OX so now would be the time to come out with a version 2 and make sure you support it.
