I used to park down by the ARCH on 7th in Austin. It's a sad situation. The people who wanted off the street didn't really have the means to get outta there. There was some great people down there but there was also a whole slew who should've been forced into cutting grass and picking up trash along the highway.

Incarceration of blacks is down from previous highs. Incarceration of whites has risen in more recent years. I didn't see anyone comparing incarceration to genocide.

Yep. The whole "there are more of so and so groups in prison than any other!" They wouldn't be there if they didn't break the law, but I do think people actually believe cops are arresting people for fun.

But you also have the people who have been arrested 20, 30, 40, 50 times and even over 100 times who keep getting thrown back into the wild. So I don't know.
